An agency audit is a sales tool. A diagnosis is the product.

Why this review is independent

Sound familiar?

The account isn't broken in an obvious way. That's what makes it expensive.

Cost per lead keeps climbing while lead quality quietly gets worse.

Performance Max is spending a large share of budget and nobody can explain where it goes.

The monthly report looks positive, but sales say the pipeline hasn't changed.

The search terms report is full of traffic you'd never knowingly pay for.

You're not confident the conversion numbers reflect real, qualified enquiries.

Budget went up. Results didn't go up proportionally, and nobody can say why.

What the audit covers

Six areas reviewed. One prioritized document.

Reviewed personally by a senior consultant against how your business actually acquires customers — not exported from an automated scoring tool.

01

Account structure review

Campaign and ad group architecture, match type strategy, and whether the structure gives you control or hands it to automation.

02

Search terms & negative keywords

What you're actually paying for versus what you intended to buy — usually the fastest source of recoverable spend.

03

Bidding & budget allocation

Whether your bid strategy suits your conversion volume, and whether budget sits where the qualified leads are.

04

Performance Max review

Asset groups, signals, exclusions, and brand-traffic cannibalisation — the controls most accounts never apply.

05

Conversion tracking verification

Whether the conversions the account optimizes toward are real, unique, and reconcile with your CRM. Bad data means bad bidding.

06

Landing page & message match

Where the click-to-page experience breaks down, and what it's costing in Quality Score and conversion rate.

What changes

Stop optimizing an account you can't fully see.

Waste becomes visible

Once search terms, structure, and tracking are examined together, the spend that isn't producing anything becomes obvious — and cuttable.

Efficiency you can scale

Fixing structure before increasing budget means additional spend compounds rather than amplifying the same problems.

A standard to hold anyone to

Whether the account stays with your agency, your team, or moves — you'll have an independent baseline of what good looks like.

How it works

Four steps. About a week. No obligation at the end.

01

Request

Two minutes on the form. We confirm fit before anything else happens.

02

Read-only access

View access to Google Ads, and ideally GA4. Never edit rights. Revoke any time.

03

Senior review

About five business days, reviewed personally — not run through an automated audit score.

04

Before you ask

The questions everyone asks first.

It's free with no obligation, and taking over your account isn't the goal. To be straightforward about the commercial logic: audits sometimes lead to engagements, which is why we offer them. But the findings are yours regardless — including to hand straight to your current agency.
Read-only access to your Google Ads account, and ideally GA4 so conversion accuracy can be verified. We never request edit permissions for an audit, and you can revoke access at any point without asking us.
It doesn't need to be. Most account issues accumulate over time through platform changes, automation defaults, and website updates rather than negligence. An independent review gives you a clearer basis for conversations you're probably already having — and many clients share the findings with their agency directly.
About five business days from receiving access, then a 30-minute walkthrough. Beyond granting access and that half hour, nothing is required from your team.
Then we'll say so, and you'll have an independent second opinion confirming it. That's a legitimate outcome and it happens. We'd rather report a clean account than invent problems to justify a proposal.
A senior consultant, personally. Quest Media 360 is a boutique practice with direct senior involvement from diagnosis through recommendations — no junior team, no handoff after the first call.
Yes. Client work is never named publicly — even our own examples are anonymized by category. Access is read-only and used solely for the audit. See our privacy policy for detail.
