About Quest Media 360

Quest Media 360 is a marketing performance consultancy in Toronto. We connect growth strategy, paid media, and measurement into one system, so leaders can see what is working, reduce wasted ad spend, and scale customer acquisition with confidence. In practice that means Google Ads and paid media management, GA4 and conversion tracking, attribution, SEO, and marketing strategy consulting — handled together rather than as separate services.
We are based in Toronto, Ontario, and serve the Greater Toronto Area including Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Burlington and Hamilton. We also work with clients across Ontario, Canada and North America. Measurement and audit engagements are delivered remotely, so location is rarely a constraint.
Since 2006. The practice has worked through every major shift in digital performance — paid search, social, mobile, marketing automation, privacy changes, and now AI-driven search.
No. It is a boutique consultancy, and the distinction is structural rather than cosmetic. Agencies are built to sell and service volume, which is why senior people appear in the pitch and junior people deliver the work. Here, the senior consultant who diagnoses your problem stays with it through to results. There is no junior team and no handoff after the first call.

Services and capabilities

Growth strategy and marketing planning; performance media across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and LinkedIn; measurement and analytics including GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and attribution; and conversion optimization covering landing pages, CRO, SEO and AI-search readiness.
Yes. We provide an independent Google Ads audit at no cost and with no obligation. It covers account structure, search terms, bidding, Performance Max, conversion tracking and landing page alignment, and is delivered as a prioritized findings document with a 30-minute walkthrough. Unlike an agency audit offered as a sales pretext, the findings are yours to act on however you choose — including with your existing agency.
A senior review of your strategy, performance media, measurement and conversion, delivered as a prioritized document showing what is working, what is leaking, and where the next gains in qualified customer acquisition are. It is free, carries no obligation, and takes about five business days from receiving read-only access.
Yes, as part of a connected growth system rather than an isolated service. That includes technical SEO, content strategy, entity and local SEO, and AI-search readiness. Most organizations that come to us for SEO discover the larger constraint is measurement or conversion rather than visibility, which is why we diagnose before recommending.
That is one of the most common engagements. Typical symptoms are Google Ads, GA4 and your CRM reporting different numbers, conversions that stopped recording after a website update, or attribution that shifted after a privacy or consent change and was never re-based. We audit the setup, identify what is misfiring, and rebuild it so the numbers guiding your decisions can be trusted.
Yes. Fractional marketing leadership means senior marketing direction on a defined part-time basis — setting strategy, directing media and measurement, and holding vendors accountable — without the cost, notice period or hiring risk of a full-time executive.

How engagements work

With a diagnosis rather than a proposal. Every engagement starts with a free performance review: you grant read-only access, we review your setup over about five business days, and you receive a prioritized document and a 30-minute walkthrough. Only if there is real work worth doing do we scope an engagement.
Read-only access to Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and your advertising accounts. We never request edit permissions for an assessment or audit, and you can revoke access at any point without asking us.
Often not. A capable agency executing against a clear strategy with trustworthy measurement is a good arrangement — the common failure is that nobody owns the layer above it. We can lead the work directly, strengthen an internal team, or act as an advisory layer holding existing partners to sharper numbers. Many clients share our findings with their agency directly.
A senior consultant leads the engagement directly, from diagnosis through to recommendations and oversight of execution. Where additional execution capacity is needed, Quest Media 360 coordinates trusted specialist partners, while strategy, measurement and accountability remain senior-led.
Yes. Client work is never named publicly — even our own case examples are anonymized by category, which is a deliberate policy rather than an absence of clients. Access is read-only and used solely for the engagement.

Practical questions

Typically organizations of 50 to 1,000 employees with an internal marketing team of one to five people, often working alongside an agency, investing roughly $15,000 or more per month in marketing. Below that level the economics rarely work well — you would be paying for judgment you do not yet have enough spend to act on.
Utilities and energy, industrial equipment and manufacturing, construction and building products, healthcare and accessibility, commercial and residential real estate, legal, insurance and professional services, education technology, food and beverage, multi-location retail, and nonprofit and public interest organizations.
Engagements are scoped after the free performance review, once the actual problem is understood — quoting before diagnosis tends to produce the wrong scope. As a guide to fit, this work generally suits organizations investing roughly $15,000 or more per month in marketing.
